U.S Return Policy
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise shipped within the U.S when initiated within 14 days from the date that your order has shipped. A refund amount subtracting shipping will be refunded to the payment method that was used to initially make the payment. We will accept returns initiated within 15-30 days from the date that your order has shipped for store credit ONLY. Credit will be issued by email for the purchased price of the item minus shipping. The following list of items are not eligible for return.- Final Sale items
- Items discounted at 30% or more
- Any items listed in a sale category
- Any altered items
- Jewelry
Defected Items
If you have received a defected item, please email us at support@pinkantler.com within three days of receiving your item. If we do not receive contact within three days, it will not qualify for a return or replacement. Please include a photo in your email of the damage or defect on your item.
